Something interesting to do during sleep

I have discovered a passive way to induce ''sleep paralysis''First, tuck your sheets into the side of the bed so that they arent loose and you cant moveSleep on your back and have your face upIf you do this for a whole week, there is a chance you will have an ''episode'' during the middle of the nightSomething interesting to do during sleep
How do you know this to be true?Something interesting to do during sleep
I'll try it starting tonight... or maybe not >.> ~de arimasu
Why would you want to inflict this on yourself? :?
And why would I want to do this?

Agreed with everyone saying this. I've had it before. It's scary and not something I WANT to induce. In fact, I'll sleep like the opposite of this.
Why wouldn't my sheets be tucked in to begin with. Hell, why would I even want to do this? :
|Its interesting, it is like a weird dreamBefore, I never experienced or heard of sleep paralysisThen I tried this and then it happened

I hate when sleep paralysis happens
I get them every now and then, it's some trippy stuff. :P
Except my bed is a couch, and I have no sheets, just a fairly heavy plush blanket. I have weird dreams every single night. Just the other day, I had a dream that I was Shrek, riding on Donkey up a verticle part of a mountain, and he stopped.....turned his head.... and said to me ''If you don't believe in me, we will fall all the way down''. Then I woke up.
Why the hell would I want to paralyze myself, even if it is temporary?
I've never had sleep paralysis before but it is something I wouldn't mind having once just for the experience since I'm pretty sure it's harmless in the long run.
Eh. No thanks.
title should be changed to ''something torturing to do during sleep''seriously, why would anyone want to do this?
I've had episodes in the past, it isn't fun. I was so scared the first time it happened. :?
This man speaks the truth.

Sleep paralysis can lead to some awesome lucid dreams. Of course you run the risk of being trapped temporarily in a dream, or worse...a nightmare.
i also remember having absolutely terrifying nightmaresi had a dream i was in my house, and it was pitch black and zombies were breaking ini suddenly realized it was a dream and tried my best to open my eyes, but i just couldnt:|
It doesn't work. I sleep like that exactly every night. :P
