The movie Delgo becomes the biggest flop of all time

http://movies.yahoo.com/feature/delgo-worst-opening-ever.htmlWell, maybe not the biggest flop ever...but the worst ever opening for a wide release. The movie looked terrible anyway. The movie Delgo becomes the biggest flop of all time
Never even heard of it.The movie Delgo becomes the biggest flop of all time
lol, doesnt help that they really didnt advertise this film all that much. Most people have never heard of it.
What's Delgo?

This.
Wow...how do you spend $40 million on making a movie and don't put any of it towards advertising? :?
dunno what it is:(

my guess would be they hoped that, being an animated film it would make money from families who would bring their kids.
I actually saw one TV commercial for this, I think... Granted it was, like, 10 seconds... What a shame. It looked horrible, anyways. Almost as bad as whatever those movies about those monkeys and flies going to space were.

most opted to save money and see Bolt evidently.
Crappy girlish fantasy movie, nothing more.
Wow, 40 million down the drain.

Yes. Exactly like black metal movie.
i have never even heard of it, and judging by the screenshots thank god!
Hell, even if hardly anyone heard about the movie, that's maybe a GOOD thing. I mean, of the few people who have actually seen it, it seems like the general concensus is that it is actually awful. It's one thing to pour your heart and soul into something, and have pretty much nobody see the fruits of your labors. But it's a little bit worse to pour your heart and soul into something, have EVERYBODY see it, and then watch as pretty much everybody calls your work complete and total garbage. One is sort of disappointing. The other is absolutely heartbreaking and soul-crushing. Which is worse? If this movie is REALLY that bad, it might actually be BETTER that pretty much no one bothered to watch it.

If I were the creator, I wouldn't mind lots and lots of people seeing it and hating it... I mean, c'mon, the net gain (or loss) of that movie is horrible.
