I go to high school, and last week, I saw a random 1500 Asians (I'm half-Asian, so I'm not a racist) playing the card game during lunch, and it's still going strong. Is it getting popular again, or is it just something that the 1500 kids can't get over?Yu-Gi-Oh! - Is It Popular Again?

So I think these kids just like playing the game.Yu-Gi-Oh! - Is It Popular Again?

just a note, because you are a part of the race you are being racist toward does not preclude you from being called a racist, it just means you are racist against your own
as for yugioh, much like any hobby, it will have a consistently fluctuating number of followers but never die completely
You sure it was 1500? Seems rather high, though there are only 1200 people at my school.
You musta' stumbled upon the nerd/reject corner.
Unfortunately some of my friends have been playing. I don't know what's going on because I will not join in such hazardous activities.
I doubt there were that many but its always been populare. The show was a kids thing but the card game (just like the Magic series) has been extreamly populare amongst the older crowd. Its still the second best selling cardgame to date.
Not here. Thankfully.
You musta' stumbled upon the nerd/reject corner.
How could they be rejects if there was 1500 of them?
When was it popular in the first place?
You musta' stumbled upon the nerd/reject corner.
1500 would mean everyone else are rejects., not the card palyers.
And to the TC, as far as I know, there's a bunch of different versions of that card game, one for kids, one that's more complicated, meant for adults, etc. It's just a hobby, playing a card game.

He just said he saw a bunch of Asian kids playing Yugioh.

If he had said something like ''There were 1500 kids who were probably Asian'' well that would be racist.
1. Calling them asians doesn't mean you're racist :roll:2. I haven't seen any Yu-Gi-Oh activity in years. I could've sworn it was dead...
What on earth is Yu-Gi-Oh! ... ? Is it only in America?

He isn't calling the TC a racist.
Nothing beats the longivity of majic the gathering.
