Sucks for the people with no power over Christmas...I just got my power back!
I just got my power back too. Man, I missed not being able to fly.

Wow. That must be hard to live with. Hope everybody's bundled up in that chilly weather, what with no heater and all, and the stoves are gas, so some warm food can be cooked up.
want a medal?
Ultra-harshness.
My parents dealt with that whole storm in MA. They woke up the second morning and it was 40 deg F in the house. Needless to say, they came over later and had a hot shower and I made them some spaghetti. It's rough having no power this time of year.

That happened to me one Christmas. There was a big snowstorm on Christmas day and no power. I had just gotten a new RC car then too and I couldn't charge it. :(
I can feel the power pulsing through my veins. The power, it is intoxicating.
Here in Maryland, nothing. No snow, no ice :(
that must suck being with out power over the winter
I can't for the life of me understand how it is taking so long to restore the power in MA and NH. Some schools in MA have cancelled classes until January 5th!!! One of my friends in Central MA still doesn't have power. He's staying with his girlfriend until it is restored. I don't know what his parents are doing...
Good thing you got it back b4 Christmas wouldn't be that much without it.

I've observed power company trucks from NY, CT, and VT. You can't say that they are slouching.
