I sadly don't read amazing books, but they're great to me.

Tiny book and I cant remember the title, but really good if you can find it. I have his short stories somewhere too, some of them are really weird like the one you mentioned.

I don't really read books, but I've gotten into some Orson Scott Card recently due to my English teacher giving us a book report every 6 weeks(?).
The aclhemist i think should be mentioned though, everything with paulo choello is so enriching, i really enjoyed reading The Alchemist, even though almost nothing happened in it, its just a story told in such a beautiful way.
The last book I read was the Book of Kings. It took the author 26 years to write it. To say the least it sucked hard, especially the ending. Thats it, sorry for disappointing.
Twilight. . .just kidding.Let Me In aka Let the Right One In: That has a very gripping story and great storytelling. I'm nearing the end right now and it's fantastic. House of Leaves: Only book I've read that legitimately creeped me out.I Am America (And So Can You) : One of the funniest books I've read in a while
World War Z: Great writing and variety keep's me interested throughout the whole book.

Yeah, I'm thinking of reading some more Pullman, as I loved the way he'd written His Dark Materials. I'll have to search the local library soon!

I haven't read Dune yet, can anyone tell me what they think of the books (if you've read them that is, and the movie doesnt count)
American gods is certainly a good one.
Duma Key, The Road, and American Gods are great picks in that list.

I loved the book so much I couldnt stop reading after that.
Yeah I'm right where
Staffan enters the room to see Tomas beating Hakan with a trophy. I still think the most disturbing part to when you find out Eli is androgynous. When I read that I was like ''NO! NO! NO! DO NOT WANT!'' I still don't like it whenever Eli is called a ''He.''
I still haven't seen the movie though. *crosses fingers for wide US release*
